Orlando-based OTT aggregator FreeCast has hired Warner Bros. Discovery exec and TV veteran Gary Engel as chief marketing officer. Most recently, Engel served as a director of subscriber growth and media at Warner Bros. Discovery where he oversaw the launch of Discovery + as well as rapid growth of the formerly HBO Max.
