The Ultra HD Forum has published version 3.0 of its guidelines as the organisation aims to make them more accessible for users.

The guidelines have been restructured into a series of nine shorter “Rainbow Books”, each concentrating on a specific aspect of Ultra HD: definitions, technology, production, distribution, and real-world experiences.
