Dutch operator KPN met its targets for 2022 with the results for Q4. Quarterly revenues rose 0.5 percent to EUR 1.366 billion, and EBITDA increased 2.4 percent to EUR 598 million, helped by cost-saving measures. For the new year, the company targets a nearly 5 percent increase in the dividend to 15 cents a share and will spend another EUR 300 million buying back shares.
