BBC, ITV, Channel 4 pledge extra investment in Freeview – TVBEurope

Investment follows last year’s decision by Arqiva to pull its investment from Freeview

The BBC, ITV and Channel 4 have agreed a new three year funding arrangement for Freeview.

According to investment news website Morning Star, all three broadcasters have committed to contributing a further £19.1 million each to Digital UK, the company that runs Freeview, and DTV Services, which markets the DTV service.
