In its quarterly earnings release today, ViacomCBS announced that its free streaming service, Pluto TV, has reached 28.4 domestic million monthly active users. That number is up 57% year over year. The ad supported streaming service also more than doubled it advertising revenue in Q3. Globally, Pluto TV continues to grow as well.
